Anglo-European Resourcing is a specialist international recruitment and executive search business for senior professionals from the Central and Eastern European (CEE) countries For our Client – global FMCG Company – we are looking for: Account Manager Baltics Job description: • sales strategy realization on Baltic states market (LT,LV, EST) and participation of particular tactics development and execution – priorities across countries to be specified afterwards • Responsibility for sales results in BL: NSV and volume sales target realization; to keep in line KA expenditures according to mutual agreement with Distribution Company agreed and confirmed by the company. • Responsibility for weighted and numeric distribution targets, cascaded onto distribution company with specific actions to be taken • Responsibility for Trade Promotion budget execution on local market • Building successful co-operation with business partners • Negotiations with business partners after prior internal confirmation of Directors with TPL • Ongoing co-operation/ communication with distributors • Execution of Merchandising Standard on the Market • Competitive Intelligence on local market (activities, price monitoring, etc.) • Preparation of sales reports necessary to evaluate work performance (weekly work plan, weekly sales results, bimonthly trade promotion schedule, sales & inventory trend, store check results reports) • Quarterly promotions evaluation+ competitive overview • Organization of periodic (bimonthly) overview meetings (teleconferences) with the company. • All other reports and responsibilities considering BL business agreed witch TPL and reflecting current needs Please apply with your CV at dodzioba@aeresourcing.com Damian Odzioba 33-37 Charterhouse Square London, EC1M 6EA United Kingdom tel: +44 (0)20 7397 2700 ddi: +44 (0)20 7397 2709 Fax: +44 (0)20 7600 4932 |
