Anglo-European Resourcing is a specialist international recruitment and executive search business for senior professionals from the Central and Eastern European (CEE) countries For our Client – a world leader in the global FMCG (non-food, pharma) – we are looking for: Senior Key Account Manager Job Purpose • To achieve and exceed agreed sales, profit growth targets within one of the larger retailers, retailer portfolios, in line with company strategy. The Idea Candidate is likely to be: • Promoted from the role to lead a Sales Team within 2 years. • A clear achiever & leader. Drive, and ability, to be a Sales Director of the future. • Experienced in FMCG (manufacturer or retailer). May already be working as a Senior Kam. • Fluent in Polish, Proficient/Fluent in English, other languages advantageous • Cultural suited to RB and open to be internationally mobile in the mid / longer term. Principal Accountabilities • Exceeding Sales and Profit targets by category – quarterly/annual • People skills. The development of 1 direct report and their account portfolio. • Category listings, NPD, Range Management. i.e. Management of the 4Ps. • Promotional Execution and Return on Investment • Development of winning, tailor-made retailer business plans. Job Competencies • Well developed Sales, Presentation and Negotiation skills. • Understanding of, and ability to lead, customer planning processes • Understand the role of brands and the principles of category management • Concise communication skills (external and internal) • Numeracy and sound financial understanding Background Requirements • Graduate calibre • Experience of large retailers with Poland essential • Ability to focus and work effectively in a commercial team • Has earned quick promotion through results and ability.
