Anglo-European Resourcing is a specialist international recruitment and executive search business for senior professionals from the Central and Eastern European (CEE) countries For our Client – a well established international firm – we are looking for: M&A Associate Director Job description: • This is an excellent opportunity to join the well regarded Multi–sector team, tackling a range of transactions across M&A, divestments, restructuring and financing. • Candidates must have between 5 and 8 years relevant transactional and multi-sector experience, strong execution skills and proven client interface abilities. Requirements: • You will be accustomed to the rigorous of a professional services environment as you will manage transactions for a diverse portfolio of clients, the wider Corporate Finance team will engage in Corporate Advisory, Initial Public Offering activities, Litigation Support, Mergers and Acquisitions, Transaction Services and Valuations. • The team is busy, deal flow is excellent. • Relevant experience is likely to include investment banking gained at a major investment bank or Big4. • Successful candidates will be self motivated, achievement oriented and able to contribute constructively in a team oriented environment. • The organisation’s leading market position means you will have access to premier local and international clients, and an assured career path with opportunities for development here and overseas.
