  • They all have current experience in international business environments (usually a minimum of two years) located in the UK/Ireland
  • Complete English language fluency as well as native language, and often in a third or fourth language such as German or Russian.
  • Understanding of differences in terms of culture and practice between local and international business and staff. They will often have a track record in managing these differences to achieve optimum outcomes
