Our Undertaking to you We specifically target those international organisations who struggle to recruit the right blend of skills for their senior posts within their operations in CEE. Many firms erxperience the frustration of struggling to find and retain the right quality of staff owing to chronic shortages. This often leads to extended stays for ex-patriates which can lead to cost overrrun and frustration from the ex-patriate. The failure to 'localise' the operations in line with the original plan can also have detrimental business consequences going forward. It was with this specific difficulty in mind that Anglo-European Resourcing was established. We believe firmly that the widespread skills gap in terms of management experience can be met to a great extent by those individuals who have come to work in the UK/Irish economies over the last few years. That is why we work with this candidate group exclusively. We also know how frustrating it is to get tantalisingly close to landing that 'perfect' candidate only for that individual to decide to stay where they are or take another offer. Whilst we cannot eradicate this risk entirely, our working methodology and level of specialisation allows us to claim with confidence that we will deliver on your requirement, if we take it on. If we do not believe we can or that it is unlikely, we will tell you at the outset and give you the reasons why. - We will give you defined timescales and defined outcomes at the outset drawing on our knowledge of the candidate market place, and the competitiveness of your offering within that.
- We will also ensure that every candidate you interview will be fully motivated by your role and committed to move. Our processes are geared completely around the avoidance of 'wasted offers'.
- Because we are specialised, we have depth in our offering. We will have multiple suitable candidates -not just one or two - for many roles. This means that we can focus on the best candidates with the strongest motivations, meaning you are not exposed to the high risk of having only one or two suitable candidates of dubious motivation for your business critical role.
- We look to work with the most dynamic organisations in order that we can grow with them. To this end, those organisations with clear objectives, strong management and deliverable growth plans are our target audience. These organisations don't necessarily need to be household names as we will look to 'sell' such organisations to our in-depth candidate network. This enables us to deliver higher quality, more committed candidates than our competitors.
