We understand how frustrating it can be for candidates who feel that their skills are undervalued. It is doubly frustrating when the recruitment consultant demonstrates a lack of understanding of their background, qualifications and motivations. This is exacerbated when many candidates never hear again after meeting recruitment consultants or sending their CV.   

Here at Anglo-European Resourcing we work to ensure that you get the most out of your contact with us. This means that you will be interviewed by a native of the region, with a full understanding of your skills and qualifications. In addition we guarantee the following:   

  • You will receive accurate, well informed advice about your career prospects whether in the UK/Ireland or your home country
  • An immediate decision on an interview with us, and clear reasons given for either acceptance or rejection
  • A follow up call following this interview after 5 working days to give an update on progress
  • We will never send your CV anywhere without your prior consent
  • You will always receive a full Job Description and Company Profile prior to any interview
  • We will continue to work with you to find the correct appointment unless we state clearly that we are unable to help.
  • We maintain contact with you after placement to ensure that everything is working out as expected and help - where appropriate - to resolve any potential problems that may arise.
